complete service for you. - Access - Is there a Combo Lock Box on the Door - do we have the Combination? Your
Real Estate Professional likely has these answers for you. - Do you plan on attending? It's never a bad idea to attend, so that I may go over any
items of concern or attribute. Just remember, I provide a thorough look and I may be
there for 2-3 hours, I want to do a good job and ask for your patience!
Check or Cash are always accepted, for your convenience,we accept PayPal to pay for services if you
would like to use them. Either way, contact me and we will get you scheduled right away. Let me know any
special instructions like the Combo Code etc. If paying by check, fees are due at time of inspection.

Raised Foundation - $50 **If access is not protected or crawlspace is in poor or unsafe condition, additional services from a pest control operator. Home Inspector will advise you! Homes Built prior to 1985 - $25 Let me know the year built and I will advise if this applies prior to inspection. Based on type of structure, area and year built. Tim, how much do you think the costs are going to be? Cost Guideline - $50.00 I can provide a Cost Guideline for my clients based on my experience as a Licensed General Contractor, this is for your convenience for the larger or more major repairs. It is strongly recommended to obtain the consult and view of specialized professionals as well, if I've indicated that need in your report. This is important as additional defects may be found. A Cost Guideline may be of use in a time sensitive situation. |
