- Are the Utilities On? Water, Gas and Electric - It's a good idea so that I can provide a
complete service for you. - Access - Is there a Combo Lock Box on the Door - do we have the Combination? Your
Real Estate Professional likely has these answers for you. - Do you plan on attending? It's never a bad idea to attend, so that I may go over any
items of concern or attribute. Just remember, I provide a thorough look and I may be
there for 2-3 hours, I want to do a good job and ask for your patience!
Check or Cash are always accepted, for your convenience,we accept PayPal to pay for services if you
would like to use them. Either way, contact me and we will get you scheduled right away. Let me know any
special instructions like the Combo Code etc. If paying by check, fees are due at time of inspection.
Escrow Billing:
I do not at this time accept payment thru escrow without a Personal Check to hold and this would also incur a
$50.00 Additional charge added to the inspection price. This needs to be discussed and agreed to in
advance.
